TBL Black Team: Exercise Challenge for Week 2
:wave: Hello Black Team!!
Congratulations on the Week 1 weight loss everyone! We lost an average of 2.2lbs per person! Go Black! :cheer: :cp: :cheer2: I was asking Stacie if there was anything I could do to help her out, and she suggested posting an exercise challenge. I know we're two days into the week already, but hopefully we all have some exercise to log. Post your goal (in minutes) for the week and update as you go. Let's motivate each other to get healthy and become the biggest losers! Week 2 Goal: 450m Sep 16 - 0m :( Sep 17 - 30m walking :) Sep 18 - 20m walking :halffull: (too much work, not enough me time) Sep 19 - 20m walking AND my favorite activity, bellydancing 90m :belly: Sep 20 - 20m walking :) Sep 21 - I need a new job. It's interfering with my life. :mad: Sep 22 - 240m of walking around :running: the Desert Dance Festival.
