My goal: 300 Minutes Sept. 16 ~ 30 minute treadmill Sept. 17 ~ 45 minute treadmill Sept. 18 ~ 30 minute treadmill 10 minute TJ Learn Sept. 19 ~ 20 minute TJ Learn & Burn Sept. 20 ~ 20 minute TJ Learn & Burn TJ 20 Minute Workout Sept. 21 ~ 0 minutes :( Sept. 22 ~ 45 minute walk up and down lots of hills 2*15=30 minutes Wii Tennis (may not sound like much, but wow you can sure make it high impact!) 20 minutes TJ Ab Jam Sept. 23 ~ 45 minute treadmill Total: 315 minutes :cheer2: |

Hi everyone -
A little behind in this challenge due to some personal issues and a killer overload at work. This week I did get in 120 minutes of walking (4, 30 minutes sessions) and yesterday I did 180 minutes of serious yard work. Hope to be back on track for next week. |

:bravo: Congratulations all around, especially to those who simply challenged themselves to just exercise this week. A minutes goal might be challenging, but just making yourself exercise when you aren't used to it, is even more challenging. I didnt really set a goal, but here is what I accomplished.
Mon- 45 minutes of The Biggest Loser. Tues- Did 40 minutes of TBL. Wed- 100 leg lifts each leg, 50 double leg lifts, 25 reverse crunches. 25 minutes of TBL #1. Thurs- 25 minutes of TBL #1. Fri- 5 miles on bike, 25 minutes of TBL #1. Sat- No structured exercise but I did walk ALL day long at the Fair/Concerts. Sun- 5 1/2 miles on bike, 125 curls on each arm. |
