The BLUE TEAM's Exercise Challenge 09/17-09/23
This is for the BLUE TEAM!!!
Many of us are wanting an exercise minutes challenge to get things revved up, so here it is! State what your personal goal is by the end of tonight and check in as you make progress! The minutes will be tallied at the end of the week and posted on 09/24 when we start a new challenge. Here's my personal goal: 210 minutes for the week. That works out to just 30 minutes a day on average. That should be easy, right? ;)
09/17- 20 minutes 09/18- 15 minutes 09/19- 30 minutes 09/20- 25 minutes 09/21- 120 minutes 09/22- 15 minutes 09/23- 15 minutes 240 MINUTES! 30 minutes past my goal! :woohoo: |

09/17 25 minutes upper body circuit weights 20 minute power walk 09/18 55 minute power walk - ))))))w00t!((((((( 25 minute lower body circuit/weights 10 minute biceps/triceps 09/19 0 minutes :( 09/20 20 minute power walk 0 weights 09/21 20 minute p.w. no weights :( 09/22 120 minutes already! :) 60 minutes efx 60 minutes upper body weights 09/23 30 minutes elliptical 45 minutes lower body weights 470 minutes total!! :) |
I'm going to try for 200 minutes for this week. I'm trying to build up my exercise little by little.
09/17 - 30 minutes (WATP) 09/18 - 40 minutes (elliptical) (the allergies are still bugging me but I still feel the need to exercise anyways.) 09/19 - None (rest day) 09/20 - 47 minutes (3 mile WATP) 09/21 - None 09/22 - 47 minutes cardio (3 mile WATP) + 25 minutes weights = 72 minutes 09/23 - None Well, I didn't reach my goal of 200 minutes - I got to 189 minutes. I think having my allergies back this week made me feel a little less energized than usual so I didn't get as much exercise as I would have liked, but I'm glad I got close to my goal. I would definitely do another exercise challenge. |
I'm new at daily intentional exercise so my goal is 105 for the week - yep 15 mins a day average.
