Yeah out of respect for his wife and I think his religious beliefs maybe he doesn't have to take the shirt off anymore. What a bummer. LOL! He DID take it off though when him and Liz made Jake, remember that? I know I do! hehe. There's a rumor in the spoiler thread @ SeS that he and Becky may leave in 09. :( That'll suck.
Larua Wright (Carly) said in an interview that Steve Burton is the bestest daytime kisser and made her weak in the knees, LOL! I WISH Sam would have been the one choked to death instead of Emily. I can't believe they killed her off. I didn't like the actress because The first Em will always be Emily to me (Just like the 1st Lucky will always be Lucky to me), but I don't think they should have killed off the character. She's a QUARTERMANE!!!! What is Sam but a skank! They have never even done dna to see if she really is Alesis's daughter. grrrrr And Maxie, yeah, she's a little skank too, but she gets some funny lines. Especially what she said to Dillon (who I miss BTW and NED!), " I never hated you Dillon, I just hated your hair", LMAO! THAT was funny. She makes a really good bad girl and all soaps need a bad girl. I LOVE Spineli and Diane too. He cracks me up and I LOVE Diane with Spineli and Max. She's a funny lady. She needs more airtime. |

Ok, got my enell bra. Finally! I went to the local fleet feet. I got my size 2 and it fits perfectly (this is the only time I will probably ever write that sentence LOL)! I tried on the moving comfort maia while I was there, and I really think that I got the wrong size or something because it had me jiggling all over the place. I wanted to try another size, but DS hurt his eye on something in the dressing room. I didn't realize how bad it was until an hour or so later when his eyelid was red. Bless his heart, I feel like a terrible mom when he gets hurt like that :(
Anyway, today has been a terrible day for eating. DH ordered pizza last night and though I didn't touch any then, I had 2 pieces this morning and another for lunch *sigh* I've counted them on the daily plate though, so I won't be going over my calorie limit. I've got a run planned for this afternoon after baby's nap. |
Oh Leeda are you living at my house? LOL...we ordered pizza for dinner last night and guess what I had for breakfast? ugh! Evil stuff I tell ya! But, in my defense I am gonna do my elliptical this evening for a little while. Might even skip that and take dd to the gym, she's been wanting to go. Anything to counteract that pizza! LOL!

Hey ladies! I actually got to sleep til 6 this morning! I took the day off from work cuz I didn't have anyone to watch DD, plus she has a dentist appt at 2. I had such high hopes for what I would accomplish today...but so far all I've done is got supper in the crockpot. The husband won't be home til 10 tonight so that leaves me a quite a few hours to get something done. I'm wanting to get the living room rearranged, DD room cleaned, make choc chip cookies and make a couple of braclets for xmas presents. Well I better go, get DD moving or we'll be late. I'll be back later to do personals.

I've been lurking throughout the day but I didn't post. I was off from work today. I was attempting to make a dent in my readings for school so now I feel better. I may study a bit more before the night is up. If not I feel pretty good about where I'm at right now. I'm giving up on posting my menus for this week and will start new on Sunday. It's looking like I will post my first gain. I'm trying to figure out how to combat this hungriness. I found out some new information about WW so I can add a point to my daily total. I also need to start using my Activity Points too especially since next week I will be adding another day of exercise for a total of 4 each week. I think I will try that to get me through the end of the challenge. If that doesn't work I will start using the Wendie Plan which is like zigzagging your calories except for WW. |
Good Morning girls! Stepped on the scale the morning and I'm still exactly the same...now how is that even possible? Just imagine if I could actually get off my big butt and do something the next 2 days I could post a loss on Monday despite being off plan for over a week! Silly silly melissa wasting all this time!
I really want to bake something today. Just dunno what! And whatever it is I'm gonna have to go out to the store to get ingredients and right now its about 14 degrees....brrrr! LOL! My girls and I went to the mall last night and I was half looking for a Christmas outfit to wear to dh's christmas party...of course cant find anything in big girl sizes except rediculous sweaters with trees and santas on them. As if fat girls only want to look jovial. I did find a really beautiful shirt and skirt (didnt match though) at another store but almost $200 and I dont want to spend that kind of money on an outfit I'll wear once. I was laying in bed this morning thinking....why dont you just sew yourself a top? So I may venture out to the fabric store today and see if I cant find something pretty and easy. Okay I'm rambling...i've got housework and homework to get to today. No better time like the present before the brats are up. Have a great day everyone! ~melissa |

Hey ladies hope everyone is having a good weekend. This morning we woke up to an ice storm. So we stayed cooped up all day long...which is not a good thing for me. I tend to eat lots when home all day, and thats just what happened. I ate so much today that I gave myself a tummy ache. Still not feeling the greatest...you'd think I'd learn. My goal for tomorrow is eat better and actually exercise! Everyone have a great night.

Took my girls downtown last night for our Parade of Lights, it was SO cold! The wind cut right through you. I put a lil Baileys in my cocoa to keep me warm, pretty sure that was neither lowcal or low carb! LOL! I also went to the fabric store yesterday and got the makings for my Christmas outfit. I decided on a beautiful navy blue taffet with a sheer black overlay. Got the blue part done last night and would you believe I had to take it in because I made it too big! Now theres a first LOL! I'm not happy with the hem so I may redo that. I'll have to take pictures! I've got a crockpot going with my homemade chili and I'm planning on making some Christmas cookies a little later on for an auction that my dh does through his work. But, first I've got to hit the tax book since I didnt do any yesterday. Hopefully I can get at least one chapter read before the Bronco game. Have a wonderful day everyone!! Well we woke up this morning to snow. We only got an inch or two. I can't wait til we have a big storm..I ready to take dd out the make snow angels and to take her sleding. I made chocolate chip cookies yesterday,and I was thinking about making some more today, but I don't know if I'll have the time. I don't usually make choc chip cookies from scratch, so I'm looking for the best recipe. I thought I'd make 3 or 4 different recipes til I find the right one. Yesterday I made ones that had both crisco and margarine. I thought next I'd try using just crisco. This afternoon dd and I are going to the singing christmas tree. Its kinda like a play telling the story of christmas. They use live animals and have this tall christmas tree filled with singers. I went a few years ago and it's pretty neat, so I hope she likes it.
Melissa-You seem to be a very busy lady, how do you ever keep up with yourself? So did you decide what kind of cookies to make? A lady I work with gave me a spritz cookie press so I'd like to make some of those. |

I did my one additional day of exercise today. Pilates is harder than I remember. I definitely need to work my way back to where I was. I will do C25K on Tues, Thurs, and Sat. I'm still in the process of planning menus for the week. It was a busy one last week and so will this week. Melissa--I so wish I was you. My last class is this Wednesday and the final is the following week. Fortunately my final is open book and we have a week to complete it so that will allow me to finish all of my reading. My deadline for that is a week from today. This all stems from me doing nada over Thanksgiving weekend. I'll never do that again.
