I'm here and still working out and working on eating well. Had some off plan meals over the holiday week but no major blow outs! The girls are in art camp right now so that means almost 2 hours in the car every day for a while, then staying in town hanging out waiting for them. So my schedule is sort of messed up, but I'm going to figure out some places to walk while I'm waiting for them today.
I am committed to making the last push this week! Hope everyone has a great day and keeps going step by step. :cp: |

Hey everyone!
I'm staying at my parents' house this week, babysitting my younger brother and the cat while my parents and other brother are in Austin visiting UT. I am happy to report a good loss this week of 3.4 lbs! I'm totally shocked. I haven't lost over 3 lbs in quite a few weeks. Hope everyone else is doing well! I will have to wait for dh to get home and look at it. I suppose I could do it, but I have lots of work to do :) Keep up the great work everyone! Only 1 week left, let's make it a good one! |
LOL Charity..go figure huh! My brakes arent right either and I ride anyway, lets just hope I dont have to stop REALLY fast or I'm going over the handlebars. Just need my back ones tightened. I'm so excited for you to get out there and get some rides in!!

Well, I blew it. I totally forgot to log my weigh in for last week and that makes 3 freebies. Not that my weigh in woulda made a difference, I was exactly the same as the week before! lol But still... I really wanted to finish up this challenge with ya'll. I will however, be here to cheer on who ever is left!! Everyone going to participate in the next challenge??? Lindsey, congrat's on being our BL again! You've done an amazing job really sticking to your plan and always having a continuous loss. You're amazing and I have no doubt that you will accomplish all your goals!! |

Thanks for all of the kind words! I really needed to hear them today since DBF's dad is being a jerk, basically acting like a fourth grader and talking about me behind my back. You'd think he'd have grown up at least a little bit by the time he's 42, but I guess some people never do. Hearing all of you makes me really want to get my bike out and ride! I still think I'm a little ways from getting there, though. I don't want to pop the tires... hah hah. When I do start riding again, I think I'm going to invest in one of those seats that has the adjustable gap in the middle, so that it acts more like a seat and less like a thong... haha. I've heard great things about them. I can't quite remember the brand name right now, but it'll come to me eventually. Danielle, it's great to hear that you're going to stick around to cheer us along! I'm in for the next challenge, and hoping everyone else is too! Well, guys, I think it's time for me to get going. Talk to you all later! |

:bravo: Lindsey, you big loser!!! You are doing so great! And you cracked up my kids when I read them the comment about the thong-like bike seat. I have a more old-fashioned type one on my bike, and that's uncomfortable enough as it is. Bike riding makes me sooo glad I'm not a guy.
I bought a WATP video a couple of days ago at Ross and I just did it tonight and boy, I really loved it. The moves are so simple, but it really got my heart rate up! This is definitely going to be a regular part of my routine. :carrot: OK, have a great night everyone and keep on going! |
you know leslie really is amazing with those WATP tapes. I've got a couple that I used to do with my girls last summer, I should pull those out!

I'm having a bit of a difficult time with eating. I bought some Luna bars on sale and I think eating them is throwing me off as far as kicking up my cravings--even though they're all "natural" and have lots of protein, I think it's affecting me. So there's something I learned. Could be my hormones going nuts too, as far as the cravings, I can't really tell.
Working out is going great--I did WATP again today and I really am feeling it. I'll be glad when I'm more used to patterns and can put the mute on, cuz the music is not too thrilling IMO! ;) |
Way to go on those workouts Ann...what do the Luna bars use for sweeteners? for me that is the big thing with spuring cravings. If its sweet I start craving. LOL...the watp I'd have to do with the sound off too not so much because of the music but because I cannot stand the banter with the people in the background...bunch of dorks! LOL!!! Keep up the great work!! I hope that eating part comes back around again!
