Morning Ladies!

Well I have one exam out of my way and I'm glad of that! The only thing left to tackle is my finance project and the final I have tonight in that class. I can say that I'm a bit more nervous about this one because with the Accounting final I already do all that stuff at work. But financing I never have touched and I haven't been in that class for over a week. So I'm worried as you can imagine. But enough about that nasty exam. I breezed through the one last night. I even got up to turn it in and said "Pfff please!" like... oooo that was soooo hard *insert sarcastic face here*

Anyway. So I'm eating on plan so far this week and I think if Aunt Flow decides to skip town early (which I'm hoping she does before my bridal shower Saturday) then I might loose this week. I really need to get to 180 cause thats what I told my mom I was shooting for. She's not a very good cheerleader. In fact I usually avoid her. :(

Well I have some contractors that just walked in so I have to run. BBL! :p

Good morning!

It's me, your mostly silent partner. :) It seems like springtime is even busier for most of us than Christmas was! Between families, work, school, and other activities, we all are doing the right thing in being here, taking care of ourselves.

Remember the power of "no" or "no, thank you!"

So, with all this in mind, I was thinking about why I can meet any educational goal I set...and decided to apply it to my health. I'm taking a core strength (pilates/yoga/dance) two times a week and water aerobics on Saturday morning at the community college, in between bouts of work travel. I LOVE the core class!! I usually do just speed yoga in the morning, and this class is giving me more moves to do then and when I'm on the road. Plus, the community college is cheap. Yay.

That's all for me. I'm going to see if I can do yoga or pilates at the gym, in between class days. It's a great stress reliever and it makes me feel good. More yay!

Well it is rainy here so I will not be painting my shed. I hate that when you want to do something soo bad but the weather will not comprise. It is dcalling for rain all weekend bu ti m hoping that it will clear this weekend cause it is only a 40% chance.

There is not many people posting anymore where did they all go?

Chellez, are you okay with me posting my weekly weight today? I know it's early, but the scale was kind to me this morning, and after today, I'm going to be on the go constantly as we prepare to go out of town for the weekend. No way do I want to post whatever I weigh on Monday, hah!

Good morning ladies! Well I like Diva did something to my lower back....not sure what just know it hurts! I don't think it's as severe as Diva's though so that is a plus. I can still walk and stuff it just feels sore like a muscle was pulled or something. Anyway I got in another great walk last night and we are going on another one tonight and if I think I can handle it I am going to do my weights. I just got back from taking my youngest to speech and they want me to take him to an ear nose and throat doctor....they are thinking that has a big part in his speech promblem. I just called our ped. so I'm waiting for a call with a referrel. This is all a little frustrating for me. I love my kids to death and it kills me to see one of them struggling. We will get him on the right track though and he is such a little cutie I can't wait to see his personality when he can talk to us and we can fully understand what he is saying....we may wish he couldn't talk so good:) He is a bit of a character! Anyway today I am going over to my MIL I believe for a swim and visit. Well I should go make the beds and eat some breakfest. Have a wonderful day ladies!

Good morning girls.

Sorry to hear about your back Tina. It really sucks when we are trying to do good and end up hurting ourselves. I got a nice lecture from the fiancee' about over doing it. He say's what good are you doing yourself if ya get hurt and can't workout for a week?...I don't mean to over do it. I don't even know for sure what it was that I did, but I'll try and tone it down a little. Anywho, I got depressed and over ate a little this week. Getting back on track today and I'm even gonna workout for about 30 minutes to an hour. A little cardio and some arm and chest exercises on the ball.

hdsQrl, thanks for posting that..I went back to see what I missed in the posts...veggielady, I'm sorry to hear about your friend's passing, as well. So young! Especially with young people, I wish we knew what the issue was...it might make others aware of just how precious time our time here is with our loved ones.

Off to get more coffee, and back to work!

Good morning ladies! How are you all doing today? I am so glad the weekend is here. Today I have to take my youngest to the doctor for his allergies and then tonight is just going to be spent relaxing at home with the family. I am so glad the house is clean and the laundry is almost done so that won't be hanging over my head for the weekend. Yesterday I got in another great walk but I skipped the weights....my back is still kinda sore and I don't want to make it any worse. Well just wanted to stop in and say Have a nice weekend ladies!

Afternoon everyone!

Well it's countdown 3 hours and 45 mins til I get to go home! Even then I still have to get my house straight because my mother is coming over tomorrow prior to the shower. I went out last night and got my $200 comforter that I've been wanting for awhile. It's 700 thread count and down alternative. Omg the best!

I have to weigh in tomorrow and I'm a little scared. Aunt Flow is angry with me today and decided I needed to feel like a water balloon. So I'm thinking I'm probably going to maintain my last week's gain or gain some more :( I hate behaving on WW and not having anything to show for it during Aunt Flow's visit.

I took my fianancing final last night and I think I did really really bad. I'm hoping my other test scores and my project save me!

Well I only had a short time to chat so I'll try to get back online later. have a good weekend ladies and don't forget to weigh in! :hug:

I don't know how and I can't believe it but I am down 1.6 lbs so I went ahead a weighed in a bit early. I still weight more than my start weight but O'well. I am done beating myself up. it felt good exercising again today. I was starting to fel depressed and just doing 30 minutes has improved my mood already. I think that is so cool. Anywho, I'm trying to keep the colories low today and drinking lots of H2O because the fiancee' wants to go to Pizza Hut tonight. I think I'll do the buffet and fill up on sald as much as I can befor i have pizza. :)

Chellez~ :goodvibes for your exams and have fun this weekend at the party. Don't let your mom bum you out. You really are doing an awesome job on the weight loss. Don't forget that underlying stress plays into it, so maintaining is a good thing.

Choosie ~ good to see you!!! Your classes sound awesome!! I love water aerobics and should check at the Y when I get back from Texas if they offer classes. I'm looking forward to hitting the pool at my parents!!

I hope everyone else is doing good! I"m doing okay, got the period from hades right now. I'm finally feeling better this evening and the midol has kicked in. Just had some bad cramps which made my legs and lower back ache. So no walking the last 2 days. I plan on getting up early tomorrow a.m. and going for a long walk. I'm shooting for 5 miles. :) Food and water wise I"m OP. :yes:
Well I'm going to go work on my cross stitch.

My best friends Boyfriend is a major A-Hole!

I have never liked this greedy behind, inconsiderate, a- hole, but Tami has RSD now and her life is completely changing. She used to be VERY active and you couldn't make the girl be steal. Anyways, Her left foot was crushed a few yrs ago when a floor fell through with her on it and it landed on her foot. Now she has RSD. She can't work, she can barely walk or drive or get around. Has to go to Phyiscal therapy 6 days a week for 3 to 4 hours. Well, this girl has ALWAYS been skinny. She's like 5'4 or 5'5 and barely weighed 100 lbs. Well since she has to sit a lot now she's gained all of 15 lbs. A whole 115 she weigh's, and her a -hole BF tells her she is overweight! WTF?!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I have never liked him and I NEVER will. If he thinks 115 is fat, I can only imagine what his idiot self would think about me! I soooo hope she dumps him.....

I'm sorry, but that just put me in a rage! :mad:

She totally doesn't need to lose them. She actually looks healthy now. Before she looked sickly and anorexic. I think she looks better than she ever has. She's 5'4-5'5 @ 115 lbs....She's where I am busting my butt to be.
