Sounds good, Get. DH had one last night and I debated on it. In the end I decided I need to have some fruits. So I have my own little thing I do. 1 cup grapes, 1 small apple, 1 WW vanilla yogurt, and a little granola, mix all together and enjoy. Four points and sooo good.
Yesterday I did so so. I stayed within my points..just not seeing the scales move at all. Guess it is better then seeing them go up. But I would really like to see them go down some. Today I am going to make much better food choices and get on the treadmill. |

I ate NOTHING at work last night YAY!:carrot: 1.15.07~ Not bad, although i did eat 2 go tarts.. so i guess thats bad! |
Today I ate only one junky idea. And I made a deal with myself before eating it. I had to have a veggie for lunch and walk for 15 minutes before I could eat it. And I did
