Ladies, I can't believe we made it from NYC to LA in 5 days!!!!!:grouphug:

Are you all ready to make the trip back to NYC?? :scooter: This time with a twist. :crossed: We make it back to NYC in 4 days (one shorter than the trip to LA).

OK, where was I? I did a 20 minute dog walk and 10 minutes of speed yoga (= stretching). Work kept me at my computer for a little longer than usual, which bites into exercise time. :tantrum: Maybe I learned a lesson today.

Well, allow me to start the day off right for us...and thank you for kicking me out of bed this morning at 4a to get the gym!! :kickbutt: I got in 10 strength (only my poor sad triceps, very out of shape- bleh) and 40 min on my friend, Bikie. :ebike: I have to say I was very weak today. Maybe it's just getting back in the swing of things after the two week holiday break. Yoga before I go to work so...

2251 - 60 = 2191

Can that be right? Wow, we really move in this group!

Anyway, I'll still have to walk the girls after work, so I'll be back later.

Now, MOVE IT!!! :drill:

ps Candle I love the image of you drawing the alphabet in the air with your toe. I dare you to do that standing up at the grocery store someday!

I did my 30 mins of toning today (but how sad, my weight loss doesn't get counted this week!) At least I can still help get us back to NYC! :D

I wish I had numbers to post today but I had to spend the evening rushing around cleaning house. That should count for something but housework was never fair.

hdsqrl - you just post your numbers next week and we will give you a special cheer. All weight losses count in our book.

JennyMarie - 180 minutes - girl you get the crown today - wear it proud :queen: I'm curious what you did for that long too.

Everyone has done so well. You all motivate me. I have done 10 minutes on the treadmill so far and am hoping to double that. Oh how I wish I didn't have fibro. I could do so much more.

Hey Chris,

It's all about doing the best that you can. You are very consistent with your treadmilling and that's what it's all about.

You guys are doing so great today.
You can't read this thread without walking away being motivated. I do have a busy evening ahead but I WILL make time to get in at least 30 minutes so I can help get us to NY by tomorrow. Very doable with this team.

Had to force myself to exercise this evening. I didn't really feel like it but didn't want to let the team down. I did 20 mins treadmill, 15 mins bike, 15 mins biggest loser workout. Total 50 min

Okay just got back from the gym and did 65 min cardio and this morning I did weights for 20 min soooo 1226-85=1441
