Yea I was gone all day and come home to find not only did you all get us under 750 but we are under 700. Wow. When I get back home (yeap back to the bowling center to watch my team) I hope to get at least 10 more minutes on the treadmill. Way to go everyone. I am sooooo happy with you all. |

I got 15 more minutes of yoga and crunches in. Wish I could have gotten us under 600 but my neck was saying no no.

Just went for a 30 min walk w. my dog

I did my WATP for Abs 1 mile this morning, it was 17 minutes. I plan on more later. :D

My daily walk during lunch hour lasted 50 minutes:

Did 120 min on bike to make up for yesterday!
