I felt bad about not exercising today so I started at 11:30 Saturday night so I'm counting it towards my Saturday goal. 34 minutes: 24 of Pilates, 10 of yoga.

1033 - 34 = 999

Do you believe us? We ROCK! Happy, we were posting at the same time, so I came in to edit. We're in the 700's!

Gym: bike 60 minutes (a record breaking 410 cal and 21.6 miles for me!) :ebike: and 20 minutes strength (back and biceps).:lifter:

Husband promises another 2 mile jaunt with the girls later, but for now I've got 80 minutes to subtract/add:

854 - 80 = 774!!!

He's putting air in my bike tires right now, I haven't ridden it since October. It's so sunny and cool here today I thought I'd get out before I shower off this gym-ness I have goin' on. If I can get even 5 minutes on that thing, I'm doing well...I'm a little pooped out.

I can help with that, Happy...I rode that old bike on the dog walk route. It took me 15 minutes, so...

714 - 15 = 699!

Hey, Candle and Chris, you are kickin' some serious you know what today, racking up those minutes. And Dance, 60 minutes on the treadmill is amazing...I find the treadmill to be relentless like no other exercise. eusebius, 90 minutes of Yoga would make Rodney Yee smile his Big Smile.

Bopis, is Justin the dog? What a nice grin he has. :smug:
