  • Hello everyone. I've been reading the Beck Diet Solution and am starting Week 3 "Start your diet". I'm really excited to be on this journey and to be accountable to the group. Mindful eating is how I managed my weight in my teen years and it worked. But the last 45-50 years I've had a detached, self loathing, compulsive relationship with food and my body. I've been working the "Start Tomorrow" diet for far too long. So glad I found this group.
