Restarting the program.
 

Hi everyone!
I'm new to the forums, I'll like your opinion about how to restart Beck's program.
Should I just simply pick up where I left it? , I'm planning on rereading all the book and read all the answers and exercises I did.
Or should I do each day again? And redo all the cards and exercises?

Hi kalyy, I've only just seen your post. I would say that you should start again. Get all the habits in position. (And I should do this too!) Come and join us on the monthly thread where there's lots more support.
