Newbie to Beck Solution
 

:carrot:Hey everyone,

I am Mary I got inspired from this site to buy Beck Solution Book. I am in the middle of it and loving it.

I am 59 and it is time for me to think thin. Something in the past I refused to do.

EAting slowly was a real eye opener for me I never realized how fast I eat.

Also I feel the part where you are told it's alright to be hungry was very liberating for me.

I now after all this time realize it is all in my head LOL...

Exercise is also something I need to schedule to make sure I get it done. I have I room down stairs full of equipment and plenty of dvd's RS"s.

I will be joining in here. It will take me a while to get to know everyone so please be patient with me.

I hope to learn through your help and experience.

I need to do this for me!!!
