Hi, I'm new to Beck Diet Solution

I got the book The Beck Diet Solution a few weeks ago on my phone. I've read a few chapters of it and decided to start with day 1 today. It seems like a good book so far and well worth the money. I'm doing it along with weight watchers. I think with this book I will have a much better chance of losing weight and keeping it off.:)
