Hello- I have a question. Is the Beck Diet Solution just a cognitive training program or is there an actual diet to follow? Thanks a million!

Hi Rainedear -

Dr. Judith Beck's first book was only the Cognitive Therapy strategies - you choose your own diet plan (and a second plan for backup). Her second book included a diet plan with recipies.
