Hello! It's been years since I've been on this forum

I just started doing Atkins for the 2nd time... the first time I was 21 and did it for a few months until life happened and I kind of dropped out of it. I'm 40 now and saw that there were a lot of changes in this program! I did other weight loss programs since, but decided to cut out the carbs since I've been eating a lot of those lately and don't like the way it makes me feel anymore. I bought the latest Akins book off of Amazon, and would like to get some recipe ideas, primarily for breakfast, lunch and dinner so I don't feel like I'm deprived and don't go off track. Thank you for your help!
