Default Atkins 40

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has tried Atkins 40 and if so, whether you liked it and got results?

I know they recommend it for people with 40 pounds or less to lose, but I'm hesitant to go as low as 20 NC a day and I'm thinking I could probably still have some good results at 40.

Thanks!

Hi I do Atkins 20 and have stalled for the past 7 weeks but just can't seem to bring myself to up my carbs to 40.

I find that after eating no bread, rice, pasta and almost no processed food I don't have a craving for it. I think you will do fine with 40 and actually if you look around there are so many choices to eat! My biggest grip is there are really no good quick meals for grab and go unless you make them yourself in advance.

Just ask I have some great stuff.....made a 'pizza' the other day with only 7 net carbs for 1/2...yum crust is made with eggs, cream cheese and baking powder

A quick meal is cubed summer sausage, cubed sharp cheddar, and some celery sticks. Cut a bunch up, place in plastic baggies, and grab when you run out the door.
