    Today:
    Breakfast/lunch 3 egg omelet with cheese and mushrooms
    Dinner. Salad with grilled chicken breast

  • Hello Ladies!
    Hope you are all doing well.
    I have been on plan with eating but NOT with exercising.
    I am excited to share about a little gadget that works really well. It's a "Zoodle maker" called zoodle slicer. Got it on amazon and it makes great zucchini pasta and any other veggies, as well.
    That's about it in terms of news around here!
    Had a huge (for me!!!!) earthquake (7.1 downsized to 6.8) that scared the you know what out of me but nobody got hurt! Some houses caught on fire after the earthquake due to gas leakage and a main road buckled (closer to the epicenter).

    Been working the plan very strictly. Down 19 lbs now after a little over 4 weeks.

    B decaf coffee with HWC and 1/2 packet of Splenda
    L Will be 1/2 avocado with a mixed green salad with Evoo & vinegar
    D No idea yet but probably left over steak and salad from last night

    Still on Plan. Down 20.3lbs in 5 weeks. YAY!
