Default Post Your Meals for October 2015

Many here wonder what we eat on Atkins for a typical day's meals. I have found that by posting my meals daily helps to keep me accountable on my eating plan. Please join in if you would like and post your daily meals in whatever format you like. I track my food on MFP so I do a cut and paste at the end of the day to keep it easy.

It is not October yet but I will start it off today.

Restarted induction after being off of Atkins for the past four months. Prior to going off I was 7 months into induction and a weight loss of 80lbs. I gained back about 20 when I was off. Now I've restarted and already losing again. Feeling much better too.

Here's my last two days:

10/7:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs w/cheese, 1/2 avacado, handful of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 red onion
Lunch: Beef, onion, green pepper mix (1 cheese) with lettuce leaves
Dinner: Tuna w/ mayo and cucumber slices
Drinks: Water only

10/8:
Brunch: Scrambled eggs w/cheese, 1/2 avacado, handful of cherry tomatoes
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, boiled cabbage w/ black pepper, 1 baked zuchinni, 1/2 red onion
Drinks: Water only

Being back on plan helps. My body was craving Atkins because in the past two days I'm down 10.3lbs. Yes, I do weight daily but I don't let it affect my plan. I just use it as a tool to see how my body reacts to different food and each day. It especially helps me stay accountable with my water.
