Hi all,

I don't know what is going on since I have been very strict with Atkins but for the past few days I have not felt hungry. It could be that I've been very busy, I really don't know.

Anyone else feel this way?

Thanks! I think I may have been feeling the "Atkins Flu".. I'm back to feeling hungry but it's a different type of hungry... When I eat I feel fuller now which is a good thing!

Ketosis is a natural appetite suppressor, in all the Atkins books, they refer to this decrease in hunger as "The Atkins Edge" as it makes it much easier to stick with

Thanks! I had the wrong Atkins book after reading the sticky on top and I just received the "right" Atkins book dated before 2002. I only glimpsed at it shortly and when I have more time I will read more. I did look at the Induction foods and so far that's what I have been eating.

I'm happy that I don't feel so hungry like I used to before starting this diet!

Now I have the edge, lol!!
