Ate 1003 calories, 23 carbs Excercise 1 hour walking . Just about died in this heat. Tonight it was real bad. Could barely breathe, even by the ocean. For those of you not on Induction.. Joseph's make low carb pitas. They are total net carbs = 4 for one pita... They wrap nicely Total carbs =8, 4 fiber =net of 4 total carb... Wishing everyone a nice night |

thursday night I caved and had pizza.
thursday B atkins shake D 4 slices thin crust pizza and the toppings of a 5th slice S handful of nuts Friday L 2 lightly breaded chicken nuggets and 3 waffle fries. D 5 low carb cheese sticks been having some family issues and was really to stressed to eat like a normal person. |

D - taco salad S - low carb key lime cheesecake Made it to 224.0 I think I've probably lost more, but TOM is next weekish so I'm 99.9% sure water retention is here to stay for a bit. It's not nearly as bad as it was prior to low carb though. :hug: luvmymonkies, hope it is getting better for you. |

I spoke too soon on the water retention..... Holy cow I feel like a whale this a.m. :( Scale is only showing a lb gain, but my stomach is very bloated and my pants are super tight today. I feel like I've lost all progress this morning. I know I haven't but my goodness.
I've lost inches off my back, my bum, my legs..... Everywhere but my belly. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Well, I lost an inch there but it's back with friends today. B- coffee with sugar free creamer L - grilled shrimp with sugar snap peas in oil D - parmesan herb chicken with green beans in butter S - low carb cheesecake muffin, babybel cheese round 1061 calories, 13 net carbs, 17 total carbs Friend suggested I drink warm lemon water. And of course it looks like TOM is coming early. Great, we were going to the spring this weekend. |

B - .25 quest protein bar (YUCK) coffee with sugar free creamer L - chicken fajitas, no torilla, with lettuce and sour cream D - hamburger steak with onions and gravy, maybe some green beans S - babybel cheese 1251 cals 17 net carbs 28 total carbs Going back to deviled eggs for breakfast. Thought I could do a quick grab and go with the quest bars, but yuckkers. |
my intake for 8/19/15 .....
Calories 1201 Carbs.. 21 Exercise 1 hour walking I weighed in this week and lost nothing.. I think where I have not a whole bunch to lose, I will try upping my carbs to see if that will do it. It was easy the first time around , but not the second, but I will keep plugging away. Wishing everyone a great day. |

grilled shrimp with sugar snap peas again Today: B - coffee with sugar free creamer L - steak fajita salad with no shell D - parm herb chicken with green beans S - babybel cheese, 2 cups green tea, low carb cheesecake filling 1187 cal 24 net carbs, 28 total carbs I'm never that hungry on TOM week, so blah. I really need to eat more though I feel..... |
