Im up again this morning, still not sure why. I ate more yesterday, omelet for breakfast. 2 delviled eggs and a celery stick for lunch and meatloaf, green beans and 2 delviled eggs for supper and up 4 more ounces.. :dunno: yesterday and today are my 2 days off this week and I always drink more water when im at work and not hardly any when im home, so maybe that has a little to do with it. so today I going to up my water and maybe sweat out the old water in the pool... That was happening to me so I reduced my calories to 1200 and my net carbs are still 20-30 and I started drinking green tea everyday at work in the afternoon, my sister told me about it and I'm not sure if it's the tea or reduced calories but I'm on a roll, lost another 1/2" off my waist and hips!! I drink about 100 oz of water a day! Hang in there it will start to move again:hug: |
Skelley. I might just have to figure out how to do the calorie counting thing as well.. :) lots of water today, I got to get up at 1:30 in the morning to open the store and weighing always is bad at that hour its like weighing in the evenings.. so in a few days when my work schedule is back to normal hours maybe the scale will go down.. if not, I got to figure out how to shake things up to losing again.. I know for sure im not ready to give up...I need to get out the books I have and do some rereading.... :book2: Oh and congrats on the 1/2'' off on the hips and waist!! Feeling the clothes get bigger is better than the scale going down...:D

Candy definitely hang in there! I use myfitnesspal.com and I have logged in for 1,119 days straight! :o I have my macros set at 10% carb, 35% protein, 55% fat, I watch my net carbs and calories but I focus more on the nutrients! I love the app and it's free, if you decide to join I'm under of course skelley331, you can email be and add me as a friend @ [email protected], it tracks all my steps also using my iphone!
I found increasing my fat intake more than my protein I've started really losing more inches and burning :flame: fat!:dancer: We can do this!!!! :dust: |

Is there room for a late entrant? This looks like it is almost over, but I think I will join in for the accountability, even if it is only for a few days until the next one begins. I did Atkins a few years ago and lost about 30 lbs. I was gluten free after that for a year or two and then I started eating gluten again and the weight came back on pretty quickly. I tried atkins 8 months ago, but I was terrible about staying on plan. I recently moved out of the US and am having a hard time getting a lot of carb free options. I am dedicated to starting again and will have to work extra hard to find healthy options. Sw 179.6 GW 174.6 |
