My weigh in days are on Monday's. I do not want to be obsessing with the scale, so I only weigh in once a week :smug: How do we update each week? Do we edit our original post or just copy it into a new one? This will be my first challenge I am entering in, so sorry for the stupid question.

A little bummed today, as I was really hoping to have lost more than 0.4 LBS and be under 180, but a loss is still a loss, so I will take it.

Thanks, I've been really hitting it hard trying to stay focused and it's paying off. My plan is to get 5 lbs under my goal to have a fudge factor.:carrot:

Hi Everyone - Just checking in as I haven't posted in quite a time!! Two years in onederland which is better than I have ever done!! I'm still struggling with portion control and food choices but I'm still committed to weight loss and maintenance - honestly think about it all the time!! I'm ready to move back downdowndown! Welcome back lulu... :) I myself have restarted atkins, I always get off track and gain it all back plus some.. Great job on maintance!! Im going to learn that trick this time around... I seen your post on positive message of the day, I loved reading all the positive words.. I saw a little poem online and added it to the thread.. Becs08, Yes we are going to be in the 70's!! :high: :D
I cant wait!! I have this pair of jeans I bought and im ready to wear them without my belly poking out to far.. lol They fit now, but I don't want that much of a belly roll hanging out... :dust:

Glad to be back!! Thanks Candy!! I went through a job change so I lost focus on weight loss - no excuses..it is what it is. Regain is a real issue for so many of us. I did change my goal to 170 as 153 was too aggressive for me and even 170 is too thin as far as my husband is concerned!! Starting with a clean slate today and vowing not to talk "diet" with anyone! I wore my family out because it was all I wanted to talk about!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

I gained 0.8 LBS :?: I don't understand... I have been so good this week with my food and I excersized so hard! It appears I may have this little bump speed bump I am having trouble with before I finally hit the 170's.

Maybe it is... I feel like I have been stuck trying to get into the 170's for a few weeks now, but I am not giving up.

Hang in there, I had this same problem then I just started tweaking what I was eating and finally figured it out so far.

I changed my goal weight by one pound. I would love to be in the teens by July 4th!! I hope I can squeak out losing an extra pound.
