    I am so happy to do another challenge with you all. The next 7 weeks holds a lot of wedding planning and getting things ready for a summer away from China. We are also thinking about starting a family in the very near future. I want to be as healthy as possible for any potential pregnancy, but I will put my weight loss on hold if it happens in God's time. Here's to a great 7 week challenge!!!
  • I'm glad I found this challenge. I've lost 209 pounds and am down to the last 15 which are going very slow. I've been off plan for about a month and think I'll probably have a big loss the first week from water weight. Carbs make me so sluggish and fuzzy brained you'd think I'd never eat bread, sweets, etc. again. I'm doing Atkins 40 now.

  • I totally bombed this week. I was just so hungry I couldn't stop eating and of course that made me emotional over it so add more emotional eating on top of that. I'm hoping for better control this coming week.

  • I would love to join you all on this challange.. i'm trying my best to do induction, some days im doing the best i can keeping my carbs as close to 20 as i can.. when i started a month ago i was 205 today im 194.2, I am going to do this anyway i can as long as it comes off..
