GW: 185 4/6: 195.8 4/13: 193.8 (-2.0) [-2.0 total] I'm off to a nice start!! 4/20: 195.0 *TOM (+1.2) [-0.8 total] I know this is a TOM thing as I lost 0.5 inches from my hips this week 4/27: 196.4 (+1.4) [+0.6 total] Looks like I'm going the wrong way. I was on vacation this past week, and my measurements stayed the same except for losing 0.5 inches from my thighs. 5/4: 195.0 (-1.0) [-0.8 total] Not as much as I'd like but at least it is a loss!! Plus I lost 0.5 inches from my bust and another 0.5 inches from my hips!! 5/11: 193.0 (-2.0) [-2.8 total] That is looking much better! 5/18: 193.0 (0.0) [-2.8 total] Lost 0.5 inches from my waist!! TOM is here so this is good! :) 5/25: |

This last week I didn't eat right like I should mostly not enough, didn't drink enough water, a baby shower, taking down a swimming pool, took it to my daughters house for the granbabies and putting it back up there, putting up a bigger new swimming pool, I hoping its water gain or a couple pounds of muscle, I gained the couple pounds over the weekend... But over all, im not gonna stress I still managed to lose 10.8 lbs.. :woohoo: SW:-194.2 GW:-? any loss i'll take it 4/11- 194.2 4/13- 194.4 4/20- 191.4 4/27-190.0 5/4- 188.8 5/11- 186.8 5/18- 182.4 5/25- 183.4 Total loss of 10.8 lbs :goodscale |
