Just want to share that if you are looking for a way to up your veggies, look into getting one of those Vegetti spiral cutters. You can make noodles out of zucchini/yellow squash, cucumber, and probably a lot more veggies I can't think of noodle applications for yet. I have a julienne peeler, but this is a lot faster.

I'm relieved I lost anything this week considering it's TOM and it's been a really rough week emotionally on top of that. At least I can smile about this.
