A lot of the time when I get on a weight-loss kick it has to do with an upcoming event or vacation and I use that as motivation. I just started induction today and in 22 weeks I'm taking a vacation (4th of July), but the most I will probably lose is 20 lbs at my age and current weight. That's not too bad, but I do wish I had started earlier or stayed on plan!!
