Mom- my husband did atkins a few years ago. He had no real results for over two weeks and then, BAM..... He lost 5 lbs per week for 4 or 5 weeks in a row. He had to concentrate on eating more fat. He had been eating a lot of chicken and lean meats, he switched to more fats and it worked. Or it might have just taken longer for his body to respond. SW 177.4 GW 172.4 |
