    12/3 ?? My wife hid the scale and so I am on weekly weights in an effort to control my obsession of 20 time daily weighing.....

    Ubee- It is so frustrating using a kg scale but thats all I could find here in China that goes up to as high as my weight is. The reason its frustrating is because it will only show me a loss if its 2.2lbs or more each week. Otherwise, daily my weight will stay the same until the full 2.2lbs mark is reached.

    shan that would drive me crazy. Good thing you are on induction and going through the rapid loss times to keep you motivated. Do you plan on getting a scale that measures in pounds when you visit the states?

    Ubee- Probably not because I think it would be difficult to bring back to China when I come back. Plus I plan to buy lots of clothes and western comfort things that I do want to bring back to China. Hope everyone has a good weekend.
  • Good morning!! Just checking in again - 179 this morning - slowly making progress again! Writing on my calendar where I am and where I want to be really helps me to focus. I'm still logging food everyday in myfitnesspal...good, bad and the ugly!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

    Jessie - I totally sympathize with the multiple weighs but I hope it gets better for you!! I went through cycles like that and it's enough to drive you crazy! My husband also says I'm too food focused...ugh!! But sometimes I really need to talk about it so I'm not eating for no reason...the struggle is real and everyday!!

    I was on here a few months ago but I was not serious about weight loss. I am back now hoping to lose some pounds before the holiday season and hopefully not go too crazy during holiday travels.

    Jessie yes it does feel good. Just think of how good it will feel to see a drop on Tuesday after staying on plan for all these days.
