Didn't weigh today because of having to be at work hideously early, so I'll just start with yesterday's weight.

Sue I emptied my freezer, fridge and cabinets also... nothing in the house I cant eat.. kids might not like it but they will be healthier for it!!

I'm in.

I was around a few months ago. I decided to hold off on Atkins until all of my summer guests left. I did pretty well at staying my weight by eating low carb and then having a splurge here and there. But then I started a no processed food diet that was big on whole grains. I blew up. I gained 5 lbs in two weeks and they stayed! In hindsight, I think I did go a little crazy on the whole grains. I guess I can't be trusted to have carbs. Moving on!

Traveler maybe like me you are allergic to carbs I swell up horribly at even just a few, that has made it easier to stay away from them knowing my body is allergic lol

Travelor..I am sorry the medication is causing you to hold water... But it is water and will go away once you stop. You are doing so well and I hope that the pain dimishes quickly!

It is so good to see everyone here! I feel energized with you all! We can and WILL do this!... I give it 1 week and someone is going to win this thing! I just BET! LOL

I am here.... just not mentally (this job is doing a number on my mind and working OT from day one.. I have not been able to walk and my body ((and mind)) needs it. I think that this job is a BIG Mistake). I will check in... but when I can be more positive....

BUT Go you all! Win this baby! I just don't want to be the first one to Win the GAIN the 5 lbs the fastest as I am up another 3 already
