Default Atkins ideas for football season

I am making a list of possibilities for football season. It is a really big deal at my house and I am a little worried about big food cheats if I don't think of fun ideas.

I have:
Hot wings
Sandwich meat w cream cheese and relish
Korean meatballs http://genaw.com/lowcarb/korean_meatballs.html
Stuffed mushrooms http://genaw.com/lowcarb/stuffed_mushrooms_1.html

Any favorite dishes/recipes?

Do you use anything other than cauliflower, celery, peppers or pork rinds with dips?

Here are some ideas

These are great for dip:

And...definitely Heroin Wings!!

Heroin Wings Recipe

Make a dry mixture from:

1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons paprika
1 Tablespoon each of dried parsley, oregano, and basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper

Dip raw wings in melted butter than coat with dry mixture.

Season the wings with salt and pepper before dipping them into the butter and then into the coating. Use a roasting pan and line the bottom and the sides with foil. Then take the roasting rack and fit it into the pan so that the foil stays put. Spray the rack with cooking spray and place the wings on the rack. They do not stick to the rack or the foil this way and the coating gets crunchy on on the top and bottom of the wings.

Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350.

Thanks for the tips! I have been going through Linda's recipes, but I still have so many left to try. I only have tried a few appetizers. It is good to hear from someone who has tried these appetizers before.

I used your dry rub suggestion and everyone loved it!

Thanks again!
