And, the scal was nice to me now lol No pills for the next 7 days so hoping it gets a little easier the next few days. If so I'll at least know the cause and can talk to my doc about maybe switching to another one. |
Well I had nothing salty yesterday and it seems to have made a diff but I did crave my twang bad!!!! All the more reason to avoid it I guess is what we learn right?

Way to go guys! Keep going. I did not weigh this morning, but I did go for a 30 minute walk before work and a 15 minute walk at lunch. Hope it helps. :)

Ok this is where it gets tempting to say, if I'm going up anyway why not eat something bad!! Maybe it's the cream I'll lay off for a bit that and Splenda, only raw and natural for a bit I don't like what this scale is doing at all and I still have not started my cycle so I am like a week late now!!! Can eating this way affect that?

I think I'm not drinking enough water. I usually try to get 64oz of water and then any other drinks I have are extra, but for the last few days I've only had about 64oz all together. And the sweeteners might be a problem too. So I'm not going to have any sweeteners today and see if it helps.

thanks ladies, y'all are way to inspiring for me to have cheated I was just venting but let me tell ya I am so proud of myself!!! I had a in work training day where we all went out to lunch together, I brought my own salad dressing and at the restraint while everyone around me was eating fries and sandwiches I had a bacon Amish cheese burger no bun with mustard and a side salad with olive oil and vinegar and then when they ALL ordered pie 5 pieces and passed them around the table (2 were my favorite) I politely denied and didn't even die inside

Agh! No change again. :( I drank so much water yesterday I practically lived in the bathroom (sorry if TMI), and I really felt like I was losing weight. I ate perfectly too. I guess it is time to add in exercise to get the needle moving. Tried 30DS a couple times, yesterday I hurt my back and the chiroprator said no more. So back to yoga.

Jesse - way to go girl! it's hard to pass that stuff up but feels so good when you do! Monte - it'll start moving, be patient. Remember don't get to bent over daily weights like Jesse said - those weekly are a better reflection of how you are really doing. No change or minor flucuations are all normal --- frustrating --- but normal! :) As for excercise - check out FitnessBlender - I am in LOVE with their site! All videos are free an they have a huge variety. I need more structure so I bought their 30 day beginner program which is 5.99 - and they give you a file to download of which videos to on which days.
