Butterfly.... Hang in there! It will happen. Are you tracking your food? If you can. write down what you are eating and we can see if there is something not working for you. Maybe too salty of a food? Just thinking here.. But I also know that if you had been dieting for awhile and are just getting close to your goal weight... you don't lose as fast... I also (after doing this for over a year and almost a half sometimes have weeks of no loss and then WOOSH).. Sometimes our bodies play games... but please post your food here and we can see if there is a tweak needed!
