What do you all do when you're tempted to eat OP? How do you re-direct yourself?I have suffered from migraines for years and years and gradually got to where my first go-to was food, cuz, you know... what if I'm hungry?
Even more gradually that morphed into "I'm not feeling too hot... what if I'm hungry?" My health problems have multiplied over the years and you can imagine what my weight has done with that kind of mentality, lol! Time to reprogram my brain!My daughter's hot cheetos (a big downfall for me) were calling (screaming!) my name but I decided to make deviled eggs instead. Yay me this time.
