So this is a challenge for anyone! Anyone and everyone is welcome! You do not need to follow this plan. You can start anytime! and weigh in as often or whenever you can.

Thank you all very much and of course good luck to you all!! I had a little slip last night but I am back on track today. That was the first in four weeks and it wasn't to major just made my stick a little lighter lol. I am still at 201 thank goodness but I have a feeling it will fluctuate some. But we still got this!

Hi girls!!! So after my little slip up this week I decided to go on a sort of fast where I did just one day of lots of protein and lots of fat no carbs for the day. I went back to normal eating the next couple of days but my scale seems to be happy with me!

WONDERLAND!! I hope you all are doing well this has been a much better week than the last 2 I think I finally whooshed all that after AF. Of course shell be right around the corner again but I am hoping to get a couple lbs below so I can safely stay in wonderland lol

199.8 Feb 9 --> YIKES! 0.2 away from being above 200 again, so Action Mode. We had take out yesterday and everything seemed ok but it's so hard to tell if there are hidden sugars... Plus I've not been tracking anything this week, and it shows! Back to basics this week, careful tracking and my target macros.

still holding at 199 had a rough time yesterday started out great and very strong knowing that I had to make a ton of frosted sugar cookies for my kids valentines day party. I wish instead of making them homemade I would have just bought them because I needed to try one to make sure they were ok and of course instead of just a bite ate the whole thing... I did scrape the frosting off after I was sure that was good though (I made that too LOL) I didn't eat to much yesterday so my sticks are still showing ketosis and I didn't have a gain but I was pretty bummed with my self. I hope you all are doing well!!!

Hooray Brooklyn! Onderland is your territory :D Awesome! and please don't worry about the cookie eating... Its just a 1 time thing..you did not eat and eat and eat them.. You realized what you did and stopped. That is an NSV in my book! :)

Sarah... (thank you :) ) I think you might be in that transition week and your body is still recovering from the fat fast and just getting adjusted... watch.... the lbs will start coming off again and WHOOOSH... :) they will!

Newme.. Welcome and you need to follow MARA and myself.. the 240's held us hostage for a LONG TIME! (Me 6 months!) lol Run Run Run!

Mara.. Salt is almost (not quite) worse than sugar.. but that salt held water will wring itself out! :)

Haha...Believe me Sue, I am trying to kick the 240's to the curb! I'm slowly but surely getting there. The scales at the Ymca actually weigh me 1.8 lbs less than my home scales, so by theirs, I am there. But I am doing this with my home scales since I don't weigh at the Y everyday. Thanks for the encouragement! Glad the cookie weight finally went away :)

Mara, there are times when I'm really happy to hold steady. You'll see a drop!

I was 154 in January, so I have to remember that I'm making progress. I just want back to my 2012 range of 143-145. Then downward! I'm a month off wheat and grains. Cravings have definitely subsided.
