I need to re-adjust my GW too...I am gaining more muscle, my tummy is getting smaller and my arms are getting more defined.....I've got to focus more on tone vs weight.

I"m 177.5 this am....

Im back! Sorry I checked out for a bit. I started working in a hospital...my shifts are 10-14 hours 5 days a week and I have never been so exhausted lol. My diet was really tightly controlled my first two weeks, but I found it too hard to keep up with Atkins/ low carb. I basically dont get a lunch break, so I was going all day on 2 eggs, a cheesestick, and almonds. My stomach started to kill me so now Im transitioning to weight watchers which allows me more flexibility. Hopefully thatll work out, otherwise, Im gonna have to figure out how to fit in low-carb meals while working!

Id like to join this challenge, and Im gonna set a goal weight loss of 5 pounds but i have no idea what i weigh right now (i imagine its a bit higher than I last checked lol). Ill check tomorrow morning.

Shoutout to Sue and Lulu! You're both doing so well! Congrats!!! I read your posts from a few weeks ago and you're messages were very sweet so thank you! And also, Sue you asked how the test went that I took a little over a month ago, and I got my score back and....i did well!! haha thanks for your support =)

Happierme - From what I have read consistency is what matters most not the plan - one of my male coworkers is doing weight watchers and using an online app to keep track!!!

Not at home so I can't weigh today but I overate yesterday so I know it wouldn't be kind to me anyway!!!! Today is a new day!!!! ......people are starting to notice the progress!!!

LOL RGW - Realistic Goal Weight LOL LOLOLOLOL I was getting so darn frustrated I gave myself a more realistic one! :) and LULU I am glad you popped up.. I know you were traveling.. but we missed you TOO these last few days!!! But with what I have lost this week.. well I just might get close to GW.... OH I hope I did not JINX myself!!!!

still bouncing around the 175-177.....doesn't help with the outings lately, chicken wrap, beer, tortilla chips. I'm waiting for Leslie Sansone's boosted walking dvd to come in the mail. I LOVE that one! Talk about sweat!

Argh.. had a Really BAD DAY at work yesterday... Meeting to air out stresses and it was all directed at me... I work too hard... I do all the closings, I click on an email task 10 minutes after it comes in and say I reacted too fast, I did marketing to get new business and was chastised when I actually met an office manager for a new possible client and the other girls were mad I did not ask them to come with me? WTF????? I just think they are worried about their jobs and they are just looking for things to get mad at me for... But since I have only been there 4 months I have to eat it... and it is REALLY HARD!

I really kicked in the exercise and drinking water. I know I wasn't doing too much of either. I hope to see a difference not only in my weight but my tolerance as well.

Wannaskipandlaugh - Since when is new business bad!!!! So sorry you have to deal with office politics!!!!! Your boss not your coworkers should be determining your performance!!! Not weighing this AM - at a hotel with my daughter - saw Taylor Swift last night and like Prettymom said ...it was a great show!!!!

Lulu... I beat you lost weight at that concert!! Shoot all that up and down and up and down (not the scale LOLOLOL) and dancing.. Oh yeah.. in the 180's today I am betting!

Thank you Smith about my work.... I am just glad its the weekend! I hope you get out of the Yo Yo ing..! and the scale is showing you a great no this morning!
