Default Would anyone mind if....
Hi there! Would anyone mind if there was an ongoing thread for those of us who are on strict induction? I am not even sure how many of us that is, since I am just starting to hang around here.

I have read some of the "daily carb count" thread, which seems to be a mix of inductees and OWLers...

Is that against any "rules", to make a monthly "Induction Support" thread?

I am still on induction, starting my 4th week actually. I don't think I am ready to move on quite yet. So I would be open to seeing and participating in that board.

I'm on day four. I started at 189 and I'm 184.4 strangely enough. I've tried to start Atkins before many times and couldn't do it - the carb cravings took me over. This time I just said I WILL do it and it's been nearly effortless.

Back for more later...kids are crying.
