Wow...that's a long time without pizza and beer! Congrats!

JerseyGyrl, I am ecstatic for you. I am actually starting it again tomorrow (had to wait on paycheck to get the right foods in the house). The last time I did it I made the mistake of staying on Induction for 3 months and, thus, got sick of it. I am doing it right this time! Say a prayer I won't have the bad withdrawal headaches...any tips would be much appreciated! I read your posts all the time and you are truly an inspiration. Please always keep it up.

Congrats, JerseyGyrl! I always look for your answers to low carb questions, you've got it all in a nutshell.

Hey- you should try the pizza recipe up on the recipe section- it is awesome!!! Pizza is a real weakness for me. I made a 9 x 13 pan last weekend and it is lasting several days.

Congratulations, Kim! :congrat: Six years is quite an accomplishment :woohoo: and an inspiration for all of us. I know I've mentioned it before but a zillion thanks for all your informative posts...it was because of your posts here that I switched over to Atkins from South Beach. For years I was one of those who thought Atkins meant NO carbs. Thanks to your posts I actually researched it and here I am. :) For others cruising by reading this, Atkins is so much more than weight loss...it is a WOE that is about health and eating whole foods. And health is really the important thing. :)

Kim, you inspire us all, and remind us that Atkins is a lifelong way of eating, not a "diet". Thanks for sticking around for us newbies.
I have gotten back on track again and am doing better. The weight I put on after my mother died has come back off. I think that I felt so much better on atkins that it helped me not to get too far off track. Even when I was off track, I didn't stray far or stay off.
thanks for all your support and wisdom.

Wow Kim, congratulations! I read your posts before I joined this forum and you have been and still are an inspiration to me.

I am still doing this WOE and haven't cheated and lost a couple of more pounds.

This is wonderful news!! Good for you! :bravo:
