I've started over on diets more times than I can count, but I think the key is keeping the goal in mind (losing weight, not necessarily a specific number goal).
I've found in the past that 185 or so is a stall number for me, I think both physically & mentally. In the 180s we look pretty good and can shop in the "normal" stores again -- so it can be comfortable to hang out there.
