Ok, taking your advice Jerseygyrl, and I am enjoying reading Dr. Atkins book again. ( It had been years-I may have even read the first one before.) So I haven't really gotten to the heart of my question yet. So much to digest in the book. After I'm finished I wil have some questions, but for now I'm going back to phase two and try and find my carb level for OWL. My current goal is to stick as close to phase two through the holidays knowing I'll have a few days where I allow a limited indulgence ( Thanksgiving and Christmas) Then Jan 1, if I stick close to the plan, I'll be moving into phase 3.
