The support here is awesome and I'm so thankful that I ventured into this section of these boards. But equally as important is any support we can get out in the real world. My DH is very supportive, he's right behind me and is full of encouragement because he knows how depressed I've been over my weight. Not only is he encouraging with words etc he actually ordered a chest freezer to help store my meats etc and any homemade low carb meals/snacks suitable for freezing. Is there any wonder that I love that man to bits!
