Default How is everyone doing?

How did you do today?? What did you eat?? Did you exercise?

I did good today, i walked a little (my 248 body can only do a little at a time) and I ate a salad for lunch and some sausage and cheese for supper

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH, so I got up this morning and done the "getting the kids to school" routine. When I got home and tuned in to ESPN fitness hour it was a stupid race on. So, I started to clean the house until it was time for my 7:00 run, put on the sneakers and it was pouring. So, I done 1 mile on the treadmill, usually do 3 outside(so uninspiring to run on a treadmill). Then, I went to the neighbor's and done 45 minute fitness tape. Came home, cleaned a little more and rode my bike 20 miles. So, there got the fitness thing, must have it in the bag right? WRONG!!!!!!!! On the way back home I got mysteriously depressed (maybe TOM) and when I got home I couldn't stop eating. Let's see green beans, a piece of toast w/grape jelly, a small bowl of cereal, another toast, piece of chicken, another toast w/jelly, a 90 calorie granola bar, another jelly toast, a salad and then of course another toast this time w/ peanut butter and jelly! Why oh why did I do such a stupid thing?

it's hard, why DO we do such things??

I have 3 packages from fannie may coming tomorrow and I could just kick myself for even ordering the stuff. I wish it were someones birthday or something so i could give the stuff away....
I got $150 gift certificate and hate to NOT eat any of the gift but man it will set me back a week even if I just have a bite!!

I think you did amazing Jokan!! I agree, the treadmill has nothin' on open air!! I've been looking for a treadmill at yard sales and craigslist but so far no luck...I'm sure mine is out there though!!

What if you were to be one of those "Random Acts of Kindness" people and give the packages away without an event like a birthday?

A neighbor? The mailman? A community event (library, book reading, sports meeting)? A dear old aunt or a friend you've been meaning to write to?

At this point the money is already spent, it's just the calories and carbs aren't already ingested -- so finding ways to get the stuff eaten by others would be saving YOU from doing it.

Plus, I believe that if you make generous gifts to the universe like that, you'll get repayed (but hopefully not in candy!)
