Default Well here I am again *sigh* any advice??

Well goodness. 2 years ago I lost almost 100 pounds with a combination of atkins, exercise and the support from 3fc.com. But now a divorce and lots of life changing events and excuses later I have gained every single pound back. I'm again at that phase where I don't want to leave the house, take the kids anywhere or been seen in public because I'm so horrified at what I've become (again). For the past few months I've been trying to jump back on the atkins train and EVERY time I try I end up HOGGING out after about three days.
So...I thought I'd jump back in here since this forum and all of the support helped so much last time. I hope that I am welcome again and welcome any advice on how to jump back on the 'living right' train. I really DONT want to be this fat. My body is horrendous and my self esteem problems are leaking into the rest of my life.
I really appreciate all comments and suggestions, I'm so sad that after all of that hard work I'm back at fat and miserable again.
thank you

First of all, big hugs to you!!! I know you can do it since you did it before. I'm sorry you're feeling so down. Congratulations on getting started again - that takes a lot of courage.

Welcome Leenie,

There is a line I love about starting over -- every attempt will fail until one succeeds.

I'm a big believer in the do-over, and dusting yourself off and moving on.

Good luck, & welcome back

Welcome back Lacy!! Last we heard your now exdh was having alot of trouble with your weightloss. You were doing awesome!!

It will come back off! Not to worry!

Ive been doing atkins along side the Dr. Beck Diet solution. (the original book) and Ive found it has been helping me for the most part get my head where it needs to be. Ive also been hanging out in the Dr. Beck section over in General Diet Plans.

Its good to see you here It's all going to work out!
