I read the book the day it was delivered and it made A LOT of sense to me. I was really taken by the section on Yeast. I have almost all the symptoms of yeast reactions and Ive been to doctor after doctor to find out what's wrong and never got a diagnosis of anything. Im hoping changing to a limited carb diet will help alleviate some of those symptoms.
Im starting fresh tomorrow as the book recommends not starting Induction whilst on girlie time and mine came this week
I was REALLY happy to read about eating unprocessed food. I even bought a recipe book by Dr. Atkins and there are very limited recipes that call for processed ingredients.
After reading the book I have a whole new perspective on this way of eating. I can see why Ive been gaining weight even on low fat diets and why I havent been able to stick to them for so long. Im really looking forward to this
