I think I finally found a diet that I am comfortable with. I love it! Granted it is only day two but I feel good and love what I am eating. The eggs with turkey sausage for breakfast is yummy!!!!!!!!!! Hope everyone is having a good weekend!!!!
I know- I am so excited. I can't wait until tomorrow to get on the scale again! I am probably either going to annoy people or people will be insired by me. I am going to do this and I am going to log in everyday to write how I feel so everyone can see my success or give support if I need it. I am ALWAYS here to support everyone else!
Oh. After work I am going to go buy the book. I ran out last night but the store by my house didnt have it.

Hubby started this week, and has copped a bit of the old induction flu; poor baby. He's doing it for health, not weight loss, so once he's got those nasty processed carbs out of his bod, we can be a bit more lenient with what he can eat.

Sorry to hear about your DH. Congrats on your four month! I see you quit smoking too. I quit a year and 3 months ago. I felt like loosing this weight was harder But, in the end, its all mind over matter. We can do this.
Ps. today is day three for me and I am down a total of 5 pounds!
I am on day 3 today and i feel amazing as well. Feel like i have finally got control of my eating and cravings. I have lost almost 7lbs in 3 days which is fab. I also go the gym 6 times a week and do 45 mins of cardio and light weights every other day which i think has really helped. Its proof that exercise and Atkins go hand in hand
