Default breakfast items that don't include eggs?

Hey everyone! I'm back on the boards and on Atkins! I'm pretty excited to be back. =)

Anway, I know this discussion has been done quite a few times....but I'm too lazy to look back in search for them.

My question is, does anyone have any breakfast recipes or ideas that do not include eggs? I have never liked eggs and I don't eat them so finding other breakfast items has been somewhat tricky. I hope you all can help me!

Thanks!

I get sick of eggs, and I've had luck with non-traditional breakfast foods. For example, I love to have a cup of steamed broccoli with a little cheese and s+p, and some sausage on the side.

I am NOT a fan of eggs, but am gonna try to figure a way to choke them down since Atkin's breakfasts seem full of them. I'm on induction right now and having some pepperoni crisps, cheddar cheese and ice water for breakfast. Who says Wheeties is the breakfast of champions? =)

(optimum nutrition)double chocolate protein shake with a tbsp of psyllium husk powder

I have this every single day! Sometimes I'll also have 1oz cheddar.
