I'm one of those who gains on counting calories, because I cannot have sugar and starchy carbs in any way, shape or form. The only way to not have carb cravings is for me to stay on induction. I'm glad there are many different choices for different people, but staying on induction is the only thing that works for me. This journey on Atkins is the first time, in three different Atkins attempts, that I have been able to do it without cheating at all. I certainly remember the carb benders from 1999 - 2003! You just gotta forgive yourself, love yourself then get back on the horse and keep going.
