Hey Everyone, finally back after spending 10 days visiting family and friends in Oregon and Washinton, finally getting back in the groove again! It is amazing how screwed up your schedule can get when your away. I have started going to the YMCA and jumping on the treadmill instead of staying here at work behind a desk. Here is a picture of my 9 month old son Sebastian, Me, and my Mom!

Your very pretty......I know how you want to get back on the program and see the "baby fat" melt away. It's a sweet day when you feel it really happening. I love the going to the Y on your break it really shows how dedicated your feeling.
