Well, 24 pounds gone so far! I'm thrilled, but I think that at least a pound or two came off due to the tooth abcess that I've had for the last couple of days. It's all good though, it's still weight removed! I can tell a big difference now, which is awesome! I am still feeling like crap and even look a little crazy right now, with the swollen jaw, but it will hopefully be over soon

I hate being sick! Anyhow, I just thought I would do the 2 week check-in and let y'all know. Oh, and I made it through induction! Yay for me! Peace!

You lost the 24lbs in just two weeks. Am I seeing that right. That is really awesome Keep up the good work. What foods do you include in your diet? I always feel with the atkins I don't have much of a variety.

Thanks a bunch guys. I'm starting to feel much better now. I actually went to burger king yesterday and got a low-carb whopper... 3 grams of carbs actually... no bun and no ketchup! It was rather enjoyable other than the fact that it took me forever to eat it because of my tooth and smaller appetite! Again, I wanted to thank all of you for the support! It makes it so much easier! I'm hoping to lose more and even thinking of staying mostly on induction again for a few more weeks before moving on to OWL! Thanks!
