I have only been on Atkins for 4 days and was ready to give up, I stepped on the scale this morning and lost 3 lbs. I havent really been doing the diet, the way it should be. I have had absolutly no carbs at all. Just chicken, pork, tuna and lots and lots of eggs and cheese. I bet I have had over a pound of cheese in the last 3 days. And I havent even gone to the bathroom in about 3 days. I guess I will continue on this and get the book so I know what I am doing is correct .
